Dr. Ghassan Bkaily is currently employed in the position of president at GBBC Medica Inc. which is a biopharmaceutical company that focuses on the research and development of therapeutic approaches for the treatment of sepsis, chronic pain, diabetes, and essential hypertension. The company is based in Sherbrooke, Canada. Ghassan Bkaily is a investigator in Bkaily laboratory. His major contributions towards research on physiopathology of the interaction between the immune system and the cardiovascular system as well as the role of calcium, sodium and cytosolic and nuclear pH in the pathophysiology of the immune, endothelial and cardiovascular systems during fetal development and aging.
